DYNAMIC OF THE ROLE (Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Job)

            Shall responsible for food safety in the production, preparation and storage areas, specifically to:

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE (The value that the person will add)

• Be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and control of food safety.
• Ensure that all records and systems about food safety are maintained.
• Ensure that all staff will follow all personal hygiene rules
• Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and free from pests.
• Ensure that all staff is trained in food handling techniques and the requirements of the food safety policy.
• Be qualified to implement and review food handling techniques and the requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
• Knowledgeable and can create policies re: GMP/HACCP/SSOPs and alike
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing set-up is an advantage.
• Must be familiar with manufacturing and kitchen environment
• Must be able to work in various temperature
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral/written communication
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software.

• 8-hour shift
• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
