DYNAMIC OF THE ROLE (Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Job)

                Responsible for monitoring all incoming international shipments by closely coordinating with Import Brokers and ensuring that original documents are complete


HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE (The value that the person will add)

  • Work with importation partners and check and respond to email with regard to importation orders.
  • Ensure that all shipment documents are prepared for and filed according to the process standards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with import brokers.
  • Accurately encode Purchase Orders on the ERP system
  • Perform other tasks as directed from time to time.


WHAT YOU’LL BRING (Qualifications)

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related courses.
  • With at least 1 year of working experience in the same field
  • Strong attention to details and organization skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • With the high degree of integrity and can handle confidential information
  • With excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment.
