DYNAMIC OF THE ROLE (Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Job)
Shall responsible for food safety in the production, preparation and storage areas, specifically to:
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE (The value that the person will add)
- Be responsible for the day-to-day implementation and control of food safety.
- Ensure that all records and systems about food safety are maintained.
- Ensure that all staff will follow all personal hygiene rules
- Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and free from pests.
- Ensure that all staff is trained in food handling techniques and the requirements of the food safety policy.
- Be qualified to implement and review food handling techniques and the requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
- Knowledgeable and can create policies re: GMP/HACCP/SSOPs and alike
- Relevant experience in food manufacturing set-up is an advantage.
- Must be familiar with manufacturing and kitchen environment
- Must be able to work in various temperature
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral/written communication
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM Software.
