Cheesy Fish Sticks

 (sweet chili fish cocktails, cheese)


Ingredients:


  • 1 pack Pacific West Sweet Chili Fish Cocktails, cooked according to package directions
  • 10 pcs lumpia wrapper (small size)
  • 10 logs of processed cheddar cheese (fits with the lumpia wrapper) about 10g each
  • 1 bottle store-bought sweet chili dip



Special Tool Needed:

1. Deep fryer


Procedure:


  1. On a clean work surface, make a line of the fried fish cocktails.
  2. Arrange cheese logs below the fish.
  3. Wrap the spring rolls tightly and freeze.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
  5. Serve with sweet chili dip.
