    The ASEAN American Epicurean Table (AAET), an event collaboration with USMEF x Alternatives Food Corp., brought an exceptional culinary experience to Davao on May 21, 2025, held at Mindanao Butchers. Led by Chef Noel dela Rama, the event highlighted exceptional cuts across beef, pork, and lamb, giving guests a deeper appreciation for premium meat quality and global culinary techniques.



       Throughout the 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM sessions, Chef Noel crafted dishes that showcased the rich flavors, textures, and versatility of each featured meat, allowing attendees from chefs to industry partners to explore new menu inspirations and learn more about product applications fit for both retail and foodservice.


The successful turnout reflected Davao’s growing appreciation for high-quality meats and strengthened collaborations between AFC and its culinary and industry partners in the region.
